This policy covers My SenpAI LLC ("we", "us") and our website my-senpai.com, including its articles, tools and browser-based apps. Each of our mobile apps has its own policy that explains exactly what that app collects:

Our browser-based apps (for example FluencyTool, YoMoo and Crossword on the web) work the same way as their mobile versions, described in each app's policy. They may also store your progress in your browser's local storage.
Cookies and your choices
- Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Google Analytics: you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

How long we keep information
Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in Google Analytics and then deleted automatically. Server and security logs are kept for a limited time. Emails and feedback are kept while needed to handle your request and then deleted.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to opt out of targeted advertising. This includes residents of the European Economic Area and the UK (GDPR), California and other US states with privacy laws, and Japan (APPI). To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond within the time the law requires and will not treat you differently for using these rights. If you are in the EEA or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
Our website and apps are for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Where information is processed
My SenpAI LLC is registered in the United States. Our website is hosted in Japan (Amazon Web Services, Tokyo region) and delivered through Cloudflare's global network, and our providers operate in the United States and other countries. When we transfer personal information from the EEA or UK, we rely on our providers' legal transfer mechanisms, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, and we use reasonable measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date.
